  • Specify the structure type of building

    Detached:Free standing dwelling that does not share walls with other houses.

    Row/Townhouse:Narrow, vertical multi-floor homes that share one or two walls with adjacent properties but have their own entrances.

    Duplex:A property divided into two separate living units that can be side by side or stacked one on top of the other. There are separate entrances for each unit.

    Triplex:A property divided into 3 units, sharing adjacent walls with each unit having its own separate entrance.
